As she's away I was recommended to contact Picasso (owner) to have my hair done by him. So I booked an appointment with him over the phone, and confirmed with him that it will be him who cuts my hair. I arrived on time for my appointment and sat in the waiting area. Upon seeing me although he was available to cut my hair he appointed someone else to cut my hair. He basically lied to me , he does what he wants and doesn't put customers first. he shouldn't forget customers pay him not the other way round. He just lost a loyal customer.
