Went in to get some work done which included installing a new steering rack, installing new shock absorbers and new anti-roll bars, This work was supposed to take a day, but ended up taking two when I went to pick car up, I took it to an alignment company recommed by H M Car repair themselves and I was told the garage managed to tear one of my track rod end boots (automatic MOT fail) and when I confronted them they then deny that it was their fault, even though the parts on the car were just installed and virtually brand new. When evenutally they tried to rectify it, the track rod end was seized in the sleeve. They damaged that very same sleeve by taking 1/2 the outside taper off and the owner tries to place blame on me, because I said the track rod end was installed recently and should come out easily! Rather than take responsibility for using the wrong tool in trying to seperate it, and not heating the sleeve first.

The Steering rack which was also installed by them was installed with the steering wheel positioned at a 90 degree angle when wheels were straight, throwing a steering angle code on the car. Owner spends 20 minutes arguing with me about a part that he seems to think was missing, however the previous rack didnt have it but the previous garage managed to put install the last rack on with the steering wheel straight!. The alignment company said the steering wheel should have been clamped before use, they admit it wasn't yet still try to argue.

A new anti -roll bar was also installed, but the 'D' bracket snapped as it was tighten too tight, garage tried to blame it on fatigue on the bracket. Did not even suggest to just order a new bracket and they would just fit it. Simply just shifted the blame again, make excuses and wash their hands of it,

    Please AVOID this place!, cowboys!
