  The worst taxi service I have ever received. I booked the taxi 35 minutes in advance and the driver arrived over 10 minutes late. On arrival he said he was only told about this job 5 minutes ago. He called the office and the person on the phone was so rude and unapologetic, insisted I pay the full fare despite being late and said "he doesn't have time for this" and put the phone down. The driver was kind enough to reduce the fare and I have no complaints against him as it clearly wasn't his fault - he was told about the job way too late. I will never be using this company again, simply because of how rubbish their customer service is. I also missed my train and arrived 40 minutes late to work due to the incompetence of their service. Advice - use any other company but them!

  On 25/07/2017 I cancelled my taxi in plenty of time before it was due to come, which the man on the phone said was absolutely fine and was very pleasant - I received none of the usual dispatched or arrival text messages - however at the time my taxi was originally supposed to arrive I received a phonecall from a very hostile man saying he had been outside for 10 minutes waiting for me. I was apologetic and explained that I had cancelled my taxi and he began to shout and swear at me and told me never to call their company ever again. Once again, despite his outburst, I apologised and told him he needs to call his company, as I had cancelled a fair bit of time before he was supposed to arrive. The man ignored me, and proceeded to swear and threaten me down the telephone. I will never use this company again - which is a shame because they offer good prices, and I have had 3 lovely drivers on seperate occasions!
