Despite excellent parts and service charges my bike was beyond economical repair so they helped me choose a new one that fit my requirements and price range. I was able to ride it out of the store with a free service in 6 weeks to allow for adjustments after bedding in. I was able to buy accessories I wanted as well. The staff were polite and I felt that they understood my requirements perfectly. The store is large with a huge selection of bicycles, accessories and related items. The enterence is flat for wheelchair entry and if you park in Sainsbury's next door (2 hours free) you could use a wheelchair all the way to the store. Highly recommended
