Cons:
The office is located away from all other rental companies and the airport shuttle doesn't take you there.
I was unable to reach the office by any of the numbers provided for their courtesy shuttle.
The reservation email states a 10 minute walk, it's actually 25.
Because of this I was 2 minutes late to their (9PM) closing time. No answer and their service line is not 24 hours.
Even though they claim to keep track of your flight info in case you are delayed, if you run late you will stranded at the airport over night. You will still have to pay for your missed day and there will be no suggestion of compensation.
In the morning the employees were un-interested in any of this.
Several of the specifications I'd made on the online reservation were different in their system and they not only told me I was wrong, but didn't want to change back (tried to get me to pay for extras I had not requested).
Vehicle had not been cleaned (food crumbs everywhere, mud, etc).
Pros:
Got the actual model I requested.
Turn-in went relatively smoothly.
I will probably never rent from SIXT again, and absolutely not from this branch.
