  Although I'm normally a fan of Marks & Spencer Simply Food, and am a regular customer at various of their Stores, I am giving THIS place only a ONE Star Review as not only is the location shown completely wrong, but as also is the address, and despite several attempts to correct these, the Map Marker has repeatedly been moved back to the wrong location, and wrong addresses appear to have been re-input by someone. For the record, this Simply Food is NOT located in the Barratt Industrial Park, Airport Way, Luton, and also is NOT located in the middle of the busy New Airport Way dual-carriageway where someone has recently mis-positioned the Map Marker. The Store IS in fact actually located at the rear of the Arrivals Hall at London Luton Airport. The Opening Hours shown also seem to be incorrect and contradict the official Opening Hours notice published at the Store itself, and even the phone contact number for the Store appears to have been deleted. As this is shown as an official record "owned" by Marks & Spencer I must say I am disappointed in M&S as this falls far below their normal high standard of customer service. After having seen the frustration and confusion this wrongly located Google Maps entry has caused Map users (see for example the Question posted by Shenice) I have tried several times now as mentioned above, to correct all these errors and each time those Edits have been reversed, it's not clear whether by Google, or perhaps by someone from M&S with no local knowledge of this Store? I have also reported the situation to Google multiple times but without any response. I have therefore decided to raise a formal Customer Service complaint with M&S and will try to get this Map record put right that way. Until then Google Map users should be aware of these multiple errors and should not be mislead by this Place record...

  I bought something purely to get change for the bus. As I didn't got a lot of change, I asked to get a small note changed as a favor because I expected they would offer a service to their clients, but the lady behind the till kept on refusing and told me to go and by something small again if I needes more change. Not something I would expect from this company.
