They will tell you one price, convince you they are the best, and when they have your credit card number for the reservation, they will tell you the truth about the extra expenses and try to rip you off. The worst customer service I have ever seen anywhere in the Uk. I have lived here for 4 years and the rudest person I have talked to is called Anthony and works at Alligator. I prefer to pay more and not have people shouting at me on the phone. Do not leave your belongings in their hands.
